I came in fr an oil change and y’all took care of it without issue. I would have rated excellent. But I had a question when reviewing the checklist that reported I had 7/32 tread left on all tires. Only one had that reading. Ashley checked and determined the 3 others had 4/32. He looked at what he could get for me and offered the Bridgestone sale price. We ordered a set of 4 for me. I will return the Week of the 19th to replace what I have.

The fast timely was there but at the end it all failed. The muiliti point inspection was pencil whipped. Since when does a full size truck require 35psi in the tires. The tires were checked off as good with 35psi when they are suppose to have 65-70 psi

The service was good and performed as expected from a dealership (quality work). The issue I have is the estimate provided. The final cost was 100% more than the estimate. No extra work was needed so the estimate should have been very close as GM provides the labor estimate for work to be performed. I was shocked at how different the estimate was from the final cost! No estimate should ever be off by so much. Had I known that the cost would have been so high, I would have stretched the services over a couple of months. This kind of service forces me to now look elsewhere for service to my Chevy truck. Other places have been much, much closer to the estimate. This is a bad process! One good way to alleviate differences between the customer and the service representative is to provide a written estimate. That way you will not have one saying the other heard differently, etc.

The oil change went well but I knew that my tires were low at 35 psi where they should be 41 psi. I told the service advisor when I checked in. I also had a tire rotation with my oil change and the advisor told me the technician would bring my tires up to required specification when he rotated them. I was outside and today and checked.my tires they were all still at the same pressure as when I went to the dealership. When you are billed well over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation at least they could check the tire pressure. Not satisfied.
